The Ink Bureau’s Head of Strategy and PR, Cameron, has worked with Satterley for more than four years. The developer has been an Ink Bureau client since 2018.

For each of Satterley’s five communities throughout Melbourne we work on a varied content and public relations programme. We submit award entries, create social media copy, write and collate bi-annual newsletters, pitch community-based stories to local media, interview Satterley partners such as builders, and create content related to events, residents, estate updates and more.

For each of Satterley’s five Melbourne estates, The Ink Bureau produces a newsletter twice a year. After speaking with residents, local businesses, Satterley experts and others, we find and put into words a collection of stories from around the community. It’s sent out to Satterley customers and prospective clients.

Making the case for industry recognition

Satterley has been receiving major industry, civic and environmental awards for well over 30 years. But few awards are won without a detailed and strongly-argued submission. In 2018 alone, The Ink Bureau worked on two successful entries, for the Urban Development Institute of Australia Awards and the Annual REA Excellence Awards.

A public relations campaign with a difference

In 2019, Satterley came together with Fairhaven Homes and Maddie Riewoldt’s Vision to organise a charity auction. The proceeds of the hugely successful event went towards research into bone marrow failure syndrome, but before anyone offered a bid, there was a months-long PR and content campaign to raise awareness about the event and the condition.
